TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VIDEO PRODUCTION

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. The balance must be paid for in full the date of the event.

• Upon your signature, Dream Valley Productions reserves the time and date agreed upon. We will not make other reservations for this time and date. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable if the wedding is cancelled for any reason, or if the date is changed.

• If Dream Valley Productions is unable to perform the services agreed upon for whatever reason, we will refund your deposit.

• It is the responsibility of the client to secure permission of the church or other officials to videotape the ceremony. The deposit is non-refundable if such officials prevent videotaping.

• Dream Valley Productions will abide by the rules of the church or other officials regarding camera placement at the ceremony. Permission of the officiant is required before the camera(s) are set up.

• Dream Valley Productions will take utmost care to produce a tape of good quality. However, we will not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to power failure, equipment malfunction, and defective tape stock. If taping is prevented due to such occurrences, the deposit will be refunded.

• Under any and all circumstances, Dream Valley Productions liability is limited only to the refund of the deposit.

• Dream Valley Productions reserves the right to use portions of the videotape for promotional or other purposes.
